Refund Policy

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of coaching services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, you are allowed one reschedule per session with at least 24 hours' notice. Reschedules must be arranged by contacting us directly.

Missed Sessions & Late Arrivals

If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be considered forfeited and no reschedule or refund will be provided.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor the next client’s appointment. Extra time cannot be added or carried over.

By purchasing a coaching session or package, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
